A beautiful surprise from my favorite sheep, Sweetie. She lambed in November, and yesterday she had twins, a boy and a girl!

The cows are loving the fresh pasture -- and rewarding us with over five gallons of milk every morning! 😳 I will be offering cheese making classes in the near future. Stay tuned!
