Job complete! We wrapped this one up today and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! We did this job entirely in house from start to finish. This is one of the largest jobs we have had the pleasure to be a part of yet. Very thankful for this client, they were awesome to work with!

So far this has been a really fun install. It’s always exciting to get out of the shop for a few days and see a new place! This was just two days of actually setting steel. Hoping to finish it up by the end of this week!

Tomorrow’s going to be a big day for us! We are starting the biggest install we have done yet. This steel will become a parts storage mezzanine hanging 16’ in the air. Follow along as we get this steel hung and get this job wrapped up.

I forgot to post these yesterday, and also forgot to get a picture of it set in place 🤦🏻‍♂️. But here it is! A 200ton 12’ press brake. We are super excited to put this machine to work and offer a new service to our customers!

New tools are always exciting, but this is one we have had our eye on for quite some time and finally made it happen! This belt sander will make part clean up, heavy material removal, and shaping parts a lot more efficient than how we have been doing it. Can’t wait to put it to the test!

A little throw back to a job we did for the local school district last summer. These playground instruments turned out awesome, and sounded really cool too!

This project had it all. Custom design, two sheets worth of parts cut on the plasma table, some press brake work, and a perfect ex*****on of assembly and weld out. This HUGE skid was for a poly water tank for a great customer of ours.

We have been cranking jobs out of the shop faster than ever lately! Here is a group of jobs we competed in the shop and are sending in to get hot dipped galvanized.
