I'd like to thank everyone that has explored my page. As of August 5th, I no longer will be doing any more home improvement projects. I've taken a full time position as the City of Waterloo Building Inspector and Code Enforcement. Once again thanks to everyone I've done work for.

Customers rental apartment rehab. New floor in kitchen and bathroom. New cabinets, tops and up graded lighting.

Pergola, leveled, moved 2 feet, re-secured to concrete. Added cedar lattice wall for privacy. Vinyl fascia board around screened-in porchs band board. No more staining!

Room make over on 2nd floor. New drywall, finishing, primer and LV flooring with new Baseboard in places.

Small kitchen upgrade. New microwave cabinet with crown molding to ceiling and tiled back splash.

Another kitchen complete. Removed 2 walls between kitchen and family room. Large center island, multiple can lights and hanging lights uograded, also under counter lighting. New buffet/Wine bar in dining room ( no pics with tops,sorry).

Added sound deadening panels to a calming room in a law office.

Master bathroom complete tear out and remodel. Out with the soaking tub, in with new walk in tiled shower. Moved toliet to opposite wall. Larger vanity, hickory cabinets, quartz tops, and led lighting. Heated 24" x 24"ceramic tile flooring with digital controller.

Another bath remodel in the books. Out with the old tub unit, in with a new shower, half wall with glass, marble base, tiled walls and rain head/sprayer fixture. New cherry vanity, matching marble top and medicine cabinet/mirror. Finished it all up with a white 4-1/4" baseboard.
