Tech tip-

I get calls all the time about replacing the black or grey tank water valve or o rings because they are leaking…. I do not do them for multiple reasons, they are extremely hard and time consuming and expensive. But here is the simplest fix if your valve is stuck open or leaking.

These twist on water gate valves will simply twist on between the sewer hose and sewer connection on your coach. It’s an added in line gate valve, these are cheap cheap at only $20-40 on Amazon and other places. It will keep the grey or black water consumed until you’re ready to dump.

When this valve fails or starts leaking (which they all do eventually) just un twist it and buy a new one off amazon for $20-40 dollars.

Hope this was helpful to someone out there and even though we dont replace grey or black water valves please keep us in mind for any other rv repair needs!

Okay boys and girls! It is 100% time to winterize these coaches!!!! With lows in the single digits early next week the time to winterize is NOW!!! These temperatures WILL bust water heaters, faucets, water filters etc.

We suggest draining the water and adding antifreeze into the fresh water system. We do offer this service if you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself. We will be working Saturday this weekend to make sure we get everyone done before the freeze. We will be closed Monday.

If you live in your unit you will 100% need a heated water hose. Keep your gray and black tanks as empty as possible or keep antifreeze in the tanks if you’re living in it.

This Coleman AC unit had a bad day!! 😂😂 we got him fixed up… luckily there was no roof damage!

It’s always a good idea to clean your rooftop ac unit atleast once a year depending on your location…this one was absolutely covered in cottonwood and ended up burning the unit up due to lack of air flow.

We also offer this service for anyone that doesn’t feel comfortable doing this maintenance on their own.

We added a mew work van to the fleet! 💪🏻💪🏻

Friendly reminder to change your anode rod and flush your water heater ATLEAST once a year… this anode rod has been installed so long that it’s completely froze up and the rust has seized it to the tank.

We are replacing the whole tank because of another leak but look how nasty the water is coming out of this thing…. Not something anyone wants to shower or wash dishes in that’s for sure😂
