Just another job by IPS..LLC Started out as a interior and exterior finish ended up to a tear off 50 squares and replace the roof also....

The job started out with repainting the interior....then replacing the roof....which required too tear off two layers of roofing and replacing with architectural roofing...26 squares....pressure washed the house to get it ready for exterior paint and even cut down a tree that was rubbing on the gable every time the wind blew...more pics of exterior paint to come here shortly.....
