I love helping first-time home buyers, but today’s first-timer holds a special place in my heart.
It’s been such fun watching him grow, mature, and build his life, so you can imagine how excited his folks and I are to be part of this milestone.
We made it a family affair, spending the day touring houses, cruising around this beautiful community, soaking in the views, and talking through what the next steps look like.
And of course, we refueled at Susitna Brewing Company, LLC- one of our go-to spots and their first time there.
