Red Beard Renovations

Was a good day putting up railing on the deck.

The 4 story rebuild is coming around. Cabinets, hardwood flooring and the stairs with adding a new trim piece.

Time for inside work just as it’s getting nice outside. 😜

Picture frame deck at the 4 story remodel. Too bad the sun hid from us but we still rocked it out! Just the stair layout and then sand and finish coat and wham.

Work is moving along and we are loving the progress and the fruits of our labor.

Inside progress. Can’t wait to start laying flooring!

An adults playground, good ol scaffolding. Project is coming together and boy are we having fun doing it!

Tyvek’d and framing on the windows and garage door. Got to enjoy the work and the beautiful weather we’ve had the last couple days!

So close to sheetrock.

A bit more framing to remove rot and jacking walls up to level out.

Add on is vented and ready for the insulators, garage door is in and support wall is down. Now, electrical, sheet rock, front door and deck.

New French doors and a single door to make an office for a client. Just have to finish mudding, throw some texture, paint the doors and frame them in.
