Did you hear about the Declutter Challenge? You're not behind! Just jump in. Here are the rules:

Daily Declutter: Starting on the 1st of the month, declutter by getting rid of 1 item.

Incremental Decluttering: On the 2nd, remove 2 items. Continue increasing the count each day, disposing of 3 items on the 3rd, 4 items on the 4th, and so forth until you reach 31 items on the 31st.

Definition of an Item: You decide what counts as an item. Whether it's an individual item or a set is up to you. For example, a set of cups can be counted collectively as 1 item or as individual items.

Dispose Thoughtfully: You can choose to trash items that are no longer useful, donate them to charity, give them away to friends or family, or sell them. If selling, ensure you follow through with the sale.

Wrappers and Trash: Decide whether to count wrappers, packaging, or other similar items. You have the flexibility to include them in your count or not.
