Stick Mobility classes starting on Saturdays at 1045am, February 5th at 30 and Out Fitness for Women. $10 cash at the door. All are welcome. Sticks are provided. The class will work through movements with the stick utilizing isometrics, joint mobility, active and fascial stretching to improve strength, stability, balance, flexibility and mobility.
