Coyotes are known for their ability to adapt and thrive in nearly any environment. It seems like a lot of things are out of control lately, but if we can adapt like the coyote we'll find a way to thrive.

New Year, New Tattoo!
The client that claimed the First Skin Discount on the Mule Deer design had to cancel. I know several people messaged on this one so we are offering the discount on this design again.

Before we offer it in the design book we like to get an example on skin. This design was drawn to be done as Large-XL at 6-8". It will be lined and shaded, and you can choose get them with or without the "String of Fate".

The first people to get the new designs on skin will receive a hefty discount WITH the following conditions; the appointment needs to be booked for Jan or Feb, and the the client agrees to have photos taken and posted of the tattoo. (Face/identity can be concealed if you choose. We understand not everyone is ready to tell their mom about their tattoos, haha)

TO CLAIM the First Skin Discount on any of the designs an appointment must be set and the $75 deposit must be paid. The discount is not claimed unless the deposit is paid.

*Mountain Lion Magnolia* (The only good MLM)

The mountain lion is feared by many but respected by all. Unlike many dominant predators the mountain lion didn't earn its position at the top of the food chain by sheer strength, numbers, or aggression. This incredible animal has prevailed largely due to its calm yet alert nature. While she isn't one to shy away from a fight, It's her ability to know when to fight that sets her apart.

Quiet or reserved individuals often worry that we won't be respected unless we can overcome our default settings and become loud like the "Alphas". This is a lie that we've believed for too long. It's the observant and the alert who typically have the best understanding of actual threats. And it's the calm and collected who are able to think critically and construct the best plans. When aggression impairs logic, clarity becomes leverage.

If you're an Alpha personality, that's awesome! But if you're not, please don't tell yourself that you aren't enough or that you need to fundamentally change yourself to earn respect. Become the strongest form of who YOU are! Don't listen to people who try to tell you that a mountain lion should be more like a bear if it wants to be respected.

The Bottled Snail

We honestly don't like to give a whole lot of explanation into the symbolism in fear that it might limit personal interpretation. While there are many interpretations of the snail and even her shell, it's slower pace almost always comes to mind when thinking of the snail. The snail is a subtle reminder to slow down and be mindful. Survival doesn't always involve a frantic rhythm. The corked bottle can represent that we we don't always have complete control of our environment. However, whatever our environmental boundaries might be, we can choose to make our personal space beautiful within our means.
