Carrot Mahamas — a bright balance of sweet and savory. Roasted carrots meet tangy tamarind, creamy tahini-labneh, fragrant chermoula, feta, and pistachio dukkah for a dish that’s textured, bold, and quietly addictive. The perfect, bright side.

HabiBae, our playful twist on habibi, the Arabic word for “sweetheart.” A name that feels familiar, affectionate, and perfectly fitting, especially with a nod to those nostalgic sweetheart candies.
Velvety pomegranate meets floral violet and crisp gin in this Valentine’s cocktail that’s lightly tart, softly sweet, and beautifully layered. HabiBae is a love letter in liquid form, cheers! 🥂

As part of our $28 Mezze Lunch, we have a celebration of Mediterranean craftsmanship: Tuna Tartare Dolmades, where delicate tuna meets citrus and herbs, wrapped in tender vine leaves the way it’s been done for generations—now reimagined.

Team, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for your incredible work.
Tonight, one of our tables shared something truly special with us.
Since 2015, a group of college friends has been meeting every single Thursday at 7:30 pm at a different restaurant. They never repeat the same place, and at the end of each year, they vote for the best restaurant they visited.
For 2025, they chose us among 52 restaurants they visited this year and even presented us with a beautiful framed award!
This recognition means so much because it reflects consistency, hospitality, and genuine care week after week. I am extremely proud of all of you guys our team and grateful for the passion and effort you all bring every day. This win belongs to all of you. 👏✨
