Your nervous system is running your business. And nobody told you.
According to Adrianna Foster, these signs aren’t character flaws or signs you’re doing it wrong.
They’re patterns. And patterns can be unlearned.
Adrianna is a clinical hypnotherapist with 17 years of experience working with women, and in all that time, she kept finding the same thing.
No matter what women came to her for, they all shared the same wound:
They had forgotten their truth, their power, and what they actually deserved.
So she built a system to help them remember.
That system became LOUD Women Nation, an entire ecosystem for women built around four forms of wealth: internal, relational, opportunity, and financial.
In that order.
Because in Adrianna’s world, money is the last thing to arrive, not the first.
And everything you want is already inside you waiting.
Oh, and did we mention she’s also been on The Voice? Twice.
And is dropping a 40th birthday album this July.
She’s kind of a big deal, in the absolute best way.
This October, Adrianna is taking the stage at NAWBO On the Rise: Miami Edition, and if this carousel gave you even one moment of pause, imagine what a full session with her in the room is going to do.
Comment MIAMI below and we’ll send you everything you need to know about joining us October 21-23.
Space is limited and it’s going to be a room you won’t want to miss.

Women business owners have always been innovators, problem-solvers, and builders of what's next.
Today, many of you are also leading the way in sustainability, responsible business practices, and creating solutions that strengthen both our economy and our communities
We have an exciting opportunity to showcase that leadership globally.
Through a collaboration between FCEM (Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), women entrepreneurs from around the world are being invited to participate in the development of a Global White Book on Female Entrepreneurs in the field of Circular Economy and Sustainability.
This publication will highlight women-owned businesses that are making an impact through sustainable practices, resource efficiency, climate-conscious innovation, responsible production, clean energy initiatives, and other efforts aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
If your business is engaged in sustainability efforts—whether through your products, services, operations, supply chain, workforce practices, or environmental initiatives—we encourage you to participate.
The submission form asks for information about your business, your sustainability initiatives, certifications (if applicable), and how your work aligns with key sustainability goals.
This is an opportunity to:
• Share your story with an international audience
• Highlight the impact women entrepreneurs are making around the world
• Showcase innovative sustainability practices
• Contribute to a global resource focused on women-led solutions
If you are interested in being considered, please comment "SUSTAINABLE" below to get the link for a short form to fill out and return by Friday, June 19th, 2026, via email to [email protected].

Before 1974, a woman couldn't open a business bank account without a man's signature.
The rights women business owners have today were not handed to anyone.
They were argued for, fought for, and won by women who refused to accept a system that wasn't built for them.
NAWBO has been in that fight for 51 years.
From the halls of Capitol Hill to state legislatures across the country, our members show up every single year to protect what was hard-won and push for what still needs to change.
Because thirteen million women-owned businesses don't happen by accident.
They happen because generations of advocates made it possible. And this generation is doing the same for the next.
If you want to be part of that, we'd love to have you.

Last week we gathered for a salon dinner during the NAWBO + WIPP joint advocacy conference, in partnership with Natural Allies, featuring Tina Faraca of TC Energy.
The throughline: energy is a kitchen-table issue. It's about reliable, affordable power — and the bills families and businesses actually pay. Meeting surging demand (hello, AI and data centers) takes a collaborative, all-of-the-above approach where natural gas and clean energy work together, not against each other.
Grateful for a candid, smart conversation among women shaping the future of energy policy.

Paid training. A guaranteed job. Zero cost to you.
Meta just launched America's Workforce Academy, the largest private-sector commitment to skilled trades with a job guarantee in American history.
And it's completely free to every participant.
Meta covers all travel, provides a daily stipend while you train, and guarantees a job for every graduate. No experience required. No degree required. Just the drive to build a real career with your hands.
Graduates leave with an industry-recognized NCCER credential, an America's Workforce Certificate, and a job waiting for them with a Meta partner. In fields like electrical work, plumbing, welding, fiber installation, HVAC, and more.
The program is piloting in Louisiana, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas, but applications are open to all 50 states.
When Meta first launched Level-Up, their fiber installation training program, they received 35,000 applications in the first week for 1,000 spots. This is bigger. And the doors are open right now.
If you know someone who is ready for a career change, re-entering the workforce, or just looking for a clear path forward, share this with them.

When Julia Harrod joined NAWBO, she was navigating one of the hardest seasons any business owner has ever faced.
COVID hit, and overnight she was responsible for keeping her team taken care of, maintaining the culture and customer service MWM Design Group was known for, and doing all of it completely virtually for the first time.
She needed a lifeline, and she found one in NAWBO.
Julia is the President and CEO of MWM Design Group, leading a team of architects, civil engineers, landscape architects, surveyors, and permitting specialists who partner with public entities to build community projects that last.
She's also a proud member of our Austin chapter, a Circle member, and one of our founding Lifetime Members.
Because when something genuinely changes your business and your life, you don't just stay. You invest.
That's the kind of community we're building here. Thoughtful, committed, and deeply supportive of each other.
