Community Cafe Express, the brainchild of its founder Corwin “Corey” Knight, is a testament to his passion for hospitality. Corey, a life coach, entrepreneur, and community servant, found joy in preparing meals for his family and friends.

In 2015, Corey embarked on a unique journey by showcasing the meals that he was preparing through live cooking videos on Facebook. These videos not only showcased the meals he was preparing but also engaged his followers in thought-provoking conversations on education, motivation, and empowering their community.

Corey’s engaging personality and stimulating discussions during live cooking sessions resonated with a wide audience. People tuned in not only to see the dishes he was preparing, but also to gain valuable insights from Corey’s wisdom. The overwhelming success of Corey’s live streams and the subsequent requests from followers for meals and catering events paved the way for the birth of Community Cafe Express in 2018.
