Hi, I’m Kristy Lam, the founder of Mulan Dumpling. We are a women-owned company dedicated to the well-being of our customers and staff. Inspired by Mulan, the legendary Chinese young woman, we share a passion for dumplings and women's empowerment. Our journey began with a health scare in 2016 when my wife discovered she had a brain tumor. Thankfully, she survived the operation without

How to steam:
1️⃣ Boil water
