Introducing by Cranes, a limited-time daytime pop-up led by Executive , transforming our dining room into a high-energy taqueria by day—before returning to our signature Japanese-Spanish experience each evening.

Taco Taco is not a departure from Cranes, but a deeper expression of it. The menu reflects how Chef Moncayo cooks today: grounded in Japanese technique and Spanish structure, with Latin flavors showing up boldly and without apology.
