"I am beyond blessed to be a leukemia survivor."โ€‹

After being diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) at age 31, Tracy spent months undergoing treatment surrounded by the support of her family, medical team, and loved ones. โ€‹

More than 20 years later, she's still finding ways to make a difference through Team In Training. From hikes to half marathons and fundraising events, she's staying connected to a cause that remains deeply personal to her.โ€‹

During National Cancer Survivors Month, we honor the experiences of survivors like Tracy and celebrate the many ways they continue to uplift others.โ€‹

Tracy found a way to give back through TNT. You can too ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://bcutd.org/4vMUaV4

Meet Amira, our 2026 Scenic Shore Bike Tour Honored Hero. โค๏ธโ€‹

Just after her second birthday, Amira was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). What followed was more than two years of treatment, including a rare reaction to chemotherapy that led to unexpected challenges and months of therapy and rehabilitation.โ€‹

In August 2023, Amira rang the bell to celebrate the end of treatment. Today, she's a thriving first grader who loves baking, crafting, and playing with her two brothers.โ€‹

When Team In Training teammates take on Scenic Shore this year, they'll be riding in honor of Amira and families like hers.โ€‹

Her story is a powerful reminder of why we ride: to help more children and families have the chance to celebrate life beyond blood cancer.โ€‹

There was a time when Brice's only goal was to survive.โ€‹

Today, nine years cancer-free, she's training for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon and running in honor of everyone still navigating blood cancer. โค๏ธโ€‹

As we recognize National Cancer Survivors Month, we're celebrating Brice and survivors everywhere whose stories continue to inspire us.

Huge congratulations to our incredible Team In Training teammates! Every early morning and tough training day led to this massive milestone.โ€‹

And most importantly, every single step of this Climb2Cure trek was dedicated to supporting patients and families affected by blood cancer. We couldnโ€™t be prouder of this crew.โ€‹

Today is Hike Yosemite Action Day! ๐Ÿ”๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ โ€‹

Each year, our teammates sign up to hike iconic locations like Yosemite National Park. What starts as a hike becomes something much biggerโ€”hope and progress for patients and families affected by blood cancer.โ€‹

We've got ONE DAY to make a BIG impact! โญ๏ธ If you've been waiting for a moment to make a difference, this is it.โ€‹

Boston looks good in purple! ๐Ÿ˜โ€‹

Thereโ€™s nothing quite like the energy our teammates brought to the Boston Marathon. Weโ€™re so proud of how this community showed up for people with blood cancer, from our runners giving it their all to the coaches and supporters cheering them on.โ€‹

Special shoutout to Matt Nolan and Jason Hoberman for landing in the top 15 charity fundraisers at this yearโ€™s marathon ๐Ÿ‘โ€‹

Weโ€™ve got so much to celebrate. Show our teammates some love in the comments below! GO TEAM! ๐Ÿ’œ

Thereโ€™s a reason why Lake Tahoe is home to Americaโ€™s Most Beautiful Bike Ride. The views are unmatched, but for our community, the true beauty is in what every mile makes possible for people affected by blood cancer.โ€‹

Join us June 7 as we take on Tahoe to end blood cancer. Whether youโ€™re ready to tackle 35, 72, or 100 miles, thereโ€™s a place for you to ride along with us. Every dollar we raise and every mile we pedal together helps drive our mission to find cures and support patients and families every step of the way.โ€‹
