• A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and begin production.
• Each piece is made to order; standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks unless otherwise noted. We will be communicating with you.
• The remaining balance is due before the completion and shipment. We will notify you of the payment date, which will also be posted on the invoice.
• Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided after we ship your package.
