Big cheers for Girl Scout Troop 44123! πŸ’šπŸŽ‰βœ¨

These amazing scouts assembled Comfort & Care Kits for families served by Friendship Place’s Neighbors First Families Division, and we are so grateful for their kindness, creativity, and community spirit. 🫢🏑🌟

Each kit is packed with helpful everyday items, including wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, baby shampoo, Aquaphor, baby lotion, baby sunscreen, coloring and activity books, hand sanitizer, small stuffed animals, bottled water, and kid-friendly snacks. 🧴πŸͺ₯πŸ§ΌπŸ§ΈπŸ“šπŸ–οΈπŸ’§πŸŽ

The troop also collected diapers separately so families can receive the sizes they need most. πŸ‘ΆπŸΌπŸ’›

For families moving from homelessness toward stability, these kits bring practical support, comfort for children, and a beautiful reminder that their community cares. 🏠🌈🀝

Thank you, Girl Scout Troop 44123, for showing what compassion in action looks like! πŸ’šπŸ‘βœ¨

A home is more than four walls.
For many individuals and families moving into housing after experiencing homelessness, a working television can bring comfort, connection, routine, and a sense of normalcy to an otherwise empty apartment.
Friendship Place is currently seeking gently used TVs in working condition to support neighbors rebuilding their lives after homelessness.
Your unused TV could help make a new apartment feel like home. πŸ“ΊπŸ’™
Email [email protected] if you can help.
Friendship Place is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your donation may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
