Artisan Lettuce Spears Salad!!! We saw this salad at @sivanskitchen and it has became our “Hosting Salad”. The individual spears are easy to serve and so crunchy and delicious. Follow the Recipe below: Ingredients: * 2 heads small artisan romaine lettuce * Croutons * Parmesan cheese Dressing: * 1/3 cup olive oil * 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice * 1/4 cup Dijon mustard * 1/8 cup honey * 1/4 cup white wine vinegar * 3 garlic cloves * 1 tsp ground black pepper * 1 tsp salt Directions: Cut the lettuce in quarters leaving the stem in tacked. Soak them in a large bowl with water and vinegar for about 10 minutes. Rinse them and ensure they are clean. Let it rinse completely for about 15 minutes. Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth. Plate your spears on a platter or board. Drizzle each spear with dressing and top with croutons and Parmesan cheese. • • • #summersalad #romainelettuce #cesarsalad #summerfood #hostessideas
