What is Relay for Life? Relay for Life is a FREE event put on by the nonprofit American Cancer Society in order to fundraise the mission to fight cancer. These funds go towards research, information, support, and prevention.
Why do you Relay? Probably the most common question for everyone involved in Relay and every answer is different. A lot of us are connected through the same experiences of watching a loved one fight their heart out or caring for a friend who is experiencing that on their day to day. Either way, we all relay for a cure. And because of this cause and community that come together annually to fundraise time and time again, we can one day say that there is one.
