I have been granted a promotion to full professor at Rice University! I feel so grateful for my great colleagues and fantastic students over the years. As I transition to an industry role, I will remember the bright-eyed curiosity and can-do attitude my students brought to lab every day. (SuhLabbers photo taken 2019)

Gave a talk at the national academies about how to move gene therapy forward, esp for neurological diseases. Learned a lot and leaving with lots to think about.🤓
