Reformer Pilates builds strength, mobility, and control through precise movement that supports your body while challenging it in all the right ways.
Some people schedule Pilates into their week. We prefer to schedule the week around Pilates. Reformer classes, mat sessions, stronger posture, better mood, and a routine that keeps everything else running smoother.

We’re exploring the possibility of expanding our services to include strength training specifically designed for women in their premenopausal and menopausal years.
As movement needs evolve through different stages of life, we’re passionate about continuing to create supportive, thoughtful offerings for our community.
If you have a degree in Kinesiology (or a related field) and are passionate about women’s health, strength training, and helping women feel strong and supported in their bodies, we would love to connect with you.
