In her time as Director of Operations, Filiz brought fresh energy to our practice—streamlining internal systems, strengthening communication with clients and consultants, and equipping our teams with the tools to collaborate more effectively. On Monday, we joined Mayor Bowser and our partners at Republic Properties for the groundbreaking ceremony of Portals IV — the final phase of the Portals development.

This milestone expands the project’s total footprint to over 3 million square feet, marking a major step forward in shaping the future of Southwest DC.
