Tomorrow Restaurant Week begins! What’s new? Colorado-raised American Lamb Carne Asada. Tender. Juicy. That unmistakeable char. A zing of citrus, herbaceous Chimichurri, paired with roasted and smashed olive oil potatoes. 🇺🇸

Nothing gets chef feeling more patriotic and nostalgic that the Olympics in France. While the games are over, our ongoing $20.09 Lunch at the RIS Bar continues with a culinary tribute to Chef Ris’ mother’s gold medal recipe! 🏅🇺🇸

We’ve partnered with American Lamb Board to add Chef’s Grilled American Lamb Carne Asada to the menu, and if you know Ris Lacoste, you know she knows lamb. Get your table now and treat yourself!
