Not too late to join in The Gaian Way's May Meditation Challenge!
When the world feels scattered, the breath remains.
Always here. Always ready to bring you back.
Sit for five minutes today and follow your breath.
Inhale. Exhale.
Let the rhythm carry you—not to some distant peace, but to the present moment.
Right here. Right now.
With each breath, the mind softens.
With each exhale, the noise thins.
You don’t need to control your breath—just witness it.
You don’t need to change your mind—just calm it.
Gaian meditation isn’t a performance. It’s a reunion.
How did your breath shift your presence today?

Important lesson: You’re a big Mobius strip that ultimately is not separate from the environment at all, but woven into it—covered and integrated with other species from start to finish. That is an important reminder that helps to break down the myth of individualization, the dangerous idea that we are not completely and utterly dependent on a living Earth for our lives and wellbeing.
