It’s pageant season and the Mister Sierra Leone organization returns to the Manhunt international competition in Thailand. Last year Sierra Leone Sucessfully secured a Top 20 placement and won the Best African Model Award.

2025 Sierra Leone will be represented by GIBRILLA YONGAI, 2nd Runner up Mister Sierra Leone from Kono district.

MISS SUPRANATIONAL SIERRA LEONE 2025

Abidemi Akannie is a model, actress, and beauty queen who won the title of The Face of Sierra Leone 2024. Born in Sierra Leone, she grew up in a single-parent family with her mother as the head of the household, which instilled in her the drive to become a positive force in society. She holds a degree in Human Resources Management, which complements her passion for advocacy.

Abidemi began her career in modeling to gain platforms for advocating various causes. As The Face of Sierra Leone, she uses her influence to promote environmental sustainability and health awareness. She has transitioned into a successful career in entertainment and continues to inspire young women across the country.

I am looking forward to pushing pageantry in the states and starting with Yalissa. It is extemely important to include our diaspora models giving them the opportunity to represent Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone has been invited to Tokyo Japan 🇯🇵 October 29th - November 14th and this is my winning candidate.
