🎄Crunchy Holiday Bark Recipe 🎄
Ingredients
• 3 cups
• 12 oz white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup red & green M&M’s (holiday colors)
• festive sprinkles (optional, for extra holiday flair)
Instructions
• Prepare the base
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Spread Crunchmaster crackers evenly across the sheet, covering the surface.
• Melt the chocolate
• In separate bowls, melt white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate (oven at 175° or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth).
• Layer the chocolate
• Pour melted white chocolate over the crackers, spreading with a spatula to coat them.
• Drizzle semi-sweet chocolate on top in zig-zag patterns for contrast.
• Add toppings
• Sprinkle M&M’s and festive sprinkles over the chocolate while still warm.
• Gently press toppings into the surface so they stick.
• Set and break
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
• Break into rustic pieces and serve on a holiday platter or package in gift bags.

Weight: ~7–8 lb 3-bone roast
Doneness: medium-rare (final temp ~130–135 °F)
Cook time: ~2½–3 hours low & slow + 10–15 min sear + 30 min rest
• Preheat oven: 225 °F (107 °C). 🔥
• Season generously with bourbon smoked garlic salt and rub all over 🧂
• Roast: Bone-side down, fat-side up on a rack.
Cook until internal temp reaches 115–120 °F (about 2½–3 hours). 🍖
• Rest: Remove from oven, tent with foil, and rest 20–30 minutes.
• Increase oven temp: 500–550 °F (260–288 °C). 🔥
• Sear: Return roast (uncovered) for 10–15 minutes until browned crust forms.
• Final internal temp: 128–130 °F after sear → rises to 130–135 °F (perfect medium-rare) while resting. 🍖
• Rest again 10–15 minutes, carve, and serve. 🔪
