Rebellious training for serious aerial coaches. Nervous-system-first strength, mobility & skill coaching.
15+ years coaching bodies built to last.
Getting strong for aerial really comes down to two simple but not so easy things:
1. Figuring out how to progressively overload your muscles without wrecking yourself for aerial.
2. Getting enough training sessions and rest in so that your body actually gets stronger.
But instead aerialists tend to add more and more aerial conditioning, which tends to put more repetitive load into the muscles and joints that are already taxed.
That is why I built Sovereign Strength. It is my 2-week live barbell challenge for aerialists who want to feel lighter in the air by getting strong and stable.
Four 30-minute workouts a week, live coaching from me, and simple steps so you feel confident under a bar even if you have never lifted before.
It is $27 and doors close this Friday.
Comment STRONG below and I will send you the link to join.
If your body doesn’t have the capacity for the position yet, mere repetition won’t build it.
Getting stronger at the actual demands of the skill is what moves you forward. Not one more attempt of the thing that isn’t working.
That’s the whole philosophy behind how I coach.
Technique gets a lot easier once the body underneath it actually can do the basics of what you’re asking of it.
Monday I’m opening enrollment for a 2-wk strength challenge to help you build for those skills you put on your vision board years ago but they’re still eluding you.
More soon.
