Council adopts anti-bullying bill Bill requires the city’s public schools, University of the District of Columbia to develop comprehensive anti-bullying policies
The bill passed!! Congrats to the whole coalition for working so hard to prevent bullying and harassment for all DC's youth!!

We're so pleased to announce that the FINAL VOTE on the The Youth Bullying Prevention Act of 2012 - B19-11 will be TOMORROW during the City Council's legislative meeting.
We would love to see you all there in solidarity! The meeting will start at 10:00 am in the Council Chamber, Room 500 of the Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. The vote on the safer schools bill will not be at 10:00 sharp, but it is first on the agenda of final votes.
