We made ube, dulce de leche, guava with cheese, and poppy chocolate cookies and made mishloach manot for local Holocaust survivors and are delivering the baskets Friday. We had a great time with NOVA Tribe Series celebrating Shavuot this week! We got to hear about the Jewish journey from Argentina from the business owners of Casa Rosada Artisan Gelato, did a pair and share learning event with paired ice cream suggestions, and a Jewish walking tour of Old Town Alexandria. Thank you to everyone that joined us! 🍦🍨

On Yom HaShoah, the Edlavitch DCJCC remembers the victims of the Holocaust. May their memories be for a blessing.

This evening, join the JCRC, 3GDC, and Sixth & I for a service of remembrance, including a candle lighting ceremony and the chance to hear from a Holocaust survivor.
