Two things we need to work on. MakingWillCallBooth completely free to use for a while while we continue to enhance and add features.
Just added new Venue module to the Add Event page. Now you can enter while creating the event and save the venue to your private database. Before you had to add the venue to the venue database then Add Event. Work flow is more streamline.
new tutorial has been uploaded on adding a venue to your venue table before creating a new event.

We are working on the venue module of WillCall so you don't have to add the venue first. Beta reports are this seemed to be confusing people

Latest update: New Calendar Tool
New calendar tool when you create an event has been added to Event Create page. Now you can select Event Date and Start Sell date from a calendar, instead of typing in text. In the next few weeks we port that over to Update Event pages as well.
