This is SkillBridge, working.

Most restoration companies scramble to find crews. We built a network that dispatches them. SkillBridge matches the right people, supervisors, lead workers, laborers, to the right job site, in the exact spot we need them.

What you're watching isn't a demo. It's a real crew, matched and put to work by our own system.

Labor stops being a scramble. It becomes a system. And it's one piece of how we run.

Every hour of standing water turns a Category 2 loss into a Category 3 rebuild.

Here's why that matters this winter. El Niño is a warming of the Pacific that shifts the jet stream and drags the storm track across the southern and eastern U.S. NOAA now puts it at 81% odds for a very strong event by December, and 97% that it holds into spring 2027.

For the Gulf Coast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic, that means a wetter, colder winter — flooding, ice storms in cities that own no ice equipment, roof loads, and burst pipes across whole neighborhoods in the same week.

When a region floods at once, every restoration company is booked within hours. You don't wait days for help. You wait weeks.

So we're buying equipment now, credentialing crews now, and locking subs before the rate card doubles. Portfolio owners with pre-loss agreements get scope walked, priority response, and rates set before the event instead of after it.

Own or manage military housing, multifamily, or SFR? This conversation is free in August. It's expensive in December. Send us a message.

The way physical work gets done is changing, and this chart is what it looks like.

Construction input costs are up 44% since before the pandemic. Labor, materials, tariffs, freight. Still climbing. Every contractor's bid carries that curve.

We buy trades and materials at the same prices everyone else does. The difference is everything around the work — estimating, scheduling, documentation, billing. Other companies run that layer on people, on the curve going up. We run it on compute, which is about 10× cheaper than it was in 2023 and still falling.

Competitors cost curves continue to rise, while ours falls, and that gap is our margin. And it is only getting bigger every year.

What that looks like in real numbers, from the last twelve months:
→ Every $1 we spend on AI moves more than $500 of construction work out the door
→ 93% of ~100,000 job steps finished with no person involved
→ Pricing a job used to take 40 minutes. Now it takes 5.
→ 650+ units delivered, backed by 74,000+ time-stamped photos this year alone — no invoice goes out without proof the work was done

This isn't a plan or a pilot. It's been running live, under federal inspection, for two years. And it gets better with every project we run.

This video is an old RestoreFast clip, the one where we sprayed Windex on everything and put our logo on top. Simple, a little silly, and honestly a perfect snapshot of where we were back then.

That was before the world rapidly grew. Before AI was in everyone's hands. Before half the tools we use every day even existed. Back then, everything took longer, cost more, and needed more people to get done.

And here's the thing. That used to be us. A restoration company doing things the slow, manual, old-school way, just like everyone else in the industry.

But the world didn't stay still, and neither did we.

Over the last couple years, knowledge grew. Tools grew. The gap between what a small team could do and what a big team could do almost disappeared. The companies that saw that shift and leaned into it are pulling ahead. The ones still running a old playbook are quietly getting left behind.

We decided which side of that we wanted to be on.

RestoreFast is built to evolve. We use AI in the actual work, not as a gimmick. We match the right crews to the right jobs, we build proof into every project as it happens, and our clients always know exactly where things stand. AI belongs in this industry, not just to move faster, but to raise the standard on everything we do.

So when we look at that Windex video, we don't cringe. We smile. Because it shows how far we've come, and honestly, how much further we're about to go.

Same company. A completely different machine. And we're just getting started.

Restoration, recorded from the inside.
We put Meta glasses on the crew. What you see is the real work: containment, prep, precision.

No script. No stock footage. No staging.
Everyone shows the after. We show the standard that gets you there.

Welcome to the team, Amit.

Building the first AI-native contractor takes more than field crews and code. It takes someone who can prove the economics.

That's Amit. He comes to us from years in financial services, pricing complex derivatives and attributing P&L - work where the numbers have to be right to the basis point. Before that, dual degrees in computer science and business analytics.

He joins as Deployment Engineer owning our finance and automation lane: what the platform costs, what it saves, and why the math works. When we say a dollar of compute moves thousands of dollars of restored housing, Amit is the one who makes that claim auditable.

Glad to have you on.
