Today, I reintroduced the Disaster Recovery and Resilience Act, legislation that would implement comprehensive regulatory reform designed to aid areas impacted by natural disasters.

This legislation ensures that North Carolinians will never again have to bear the brunt of exhaustive, crippling red tape and regulatory burdens to simply rebuild what is ours.

Foxx Reintroduces Disaster Recovery and Resilience Act WASHINGTON – Today, Representative Virginia Foxx (R-NC) reintroduced the Disaster Recovery and Resilience Act, legislation that would implement comprehensive regulatory reform designed to aid areas impacted by natural disasters.

The Hyde Amendment reaffirmed the sanctity of life and protected American taxpayers from being forced to fund abortions since 1976.

Since then, over 2 million unborn children have been saved because of this critical safeguard. Yet today, it is under attack by the radical Left, who want it repealed.

We will never stop fighting for the sanctity of life and to protect the lives of the most vulnerable.

A massive win!

Today, the Trump Administration is formally putting into regulation what the law has said all along: Title IX’s protections are based on S*X, not “gender identity.”
