Our latest Substack looks at how we changed the Google Ads strategy behind Chemists in the Kitchen—moving away from the familiar 15-second skippable ads and toward a strategy designed to help people discover and choose our videos.

The bigger lesson wasn’t really about getting to a million views. It was about figuring out which views were meaningful in the first place.
