Len is the Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy and has served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Digital Strategy and Senior Advisor to both the US Special Representative for Iran and the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment.
