StepUp Maids is one of the fastest growing residential cleaning businesses in the Washington, DC Metro Area. We are customer-centric, supportive, professional and our goal is to create opportunities for experienced cleaners in Washington, DC Metro using modern technology and marketing.

Cleaner Responsibilities:
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.
• Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.
• Deep scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Washing and drying windows.
• Liaising with the StepUp Maids’ Customer Service Officer (CSO) to report any incidents that occur during the cleaning process.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
• Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed.
• Own or have reliable transportation - REQUIRED, and OWN cleaning supplies (including vacuum and mop)
• Be legally authorized to work in the Unites States (US), and be willing to submit and pass a criminal background check
• Proven experience in a similar role, 1+ years’ experience
