Join us Friday, March 13 & Saturday, March 14 as Sam Allan, founder of S. Allan Consulting, former Bar Director at Legacy Records, and alum of The Aviary NYC, takes over the bar for two nights of next-level cocktails.
Known for his innovative technique of extracting flavor directly into the spirit (rather than relying on traditional juices or syrups), Sam creates cocktails that are intensely expressive, crystal-clear, and unlike anything you’ve had before.
Expect creations like Vodka + Fermented Mushroom, Gin + Cherry Blossom, Tequila + Clover, and Mezcal + Kiwi—with bites by Chef Greg Heitzig including Steak Tartare, Pimento Cheese Gougères, and more.
