I honestly have no problem with as a real estate agent. I think that it’s a great place for people to learn around price range, availability and neighborhood features.

However the finally pricing for your home does come down the 💁🏽‍♀️

But a good agent will negotiate to get you as close to the asking price as possible 😊

Too often lose momentum in their buying process.
This usually happens when the pre-approval amount is low and the agent is not responding timely and with exciting information.

Only one of these things I can control 😅

I like to communicate in person or zoom to make sure that all tone and information is conveyed correctly. Follow up emails are strictly to inform and have our timeline documented 👏🏾
