The state budget deadline is approaching, and critical services are on the line.
Funding for early intervention programs, community services, and mental health supports depends on lawmakers passing the state budget before June 30. Without action, all but essential state services could be disrupted.

Now is the time to make your voice heard. Contact your senator and urge them to pass the state budget before June 30 and protect the services that so many individuals and families rely on.

📞 Call or 📧 email your senator today.

Everyone’s story matters.

Pride Month is about honoring the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals, the resilience, the challenges, and the strength it takes to be seen in a world that doesn’t always make space.

At MAX Association, we support advocacy that centers people, not just policies.
🌈 Your identity is valid.
🧠 Your mental health matters.
💙 Your story deserves support.

⚠️ Don’t miss your Medicaid renewal if you’re an ODP participant.

If you receive services through the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), completing your Medicaid renewal on time is essential to keep your coverage active and continue receiving critical medical, behavioral, and support services.

📬 Look out for the PINK envelope in the mail, this is your renewal packet from the County Assistance Office (CAO).

You can submit your renewal online via COMPASS, by mail, or in person. Be sure to respond by your due date and keep your information up to date to avoid delays or loss of coverage.
If your eligibility changes, you may still have options like MAWD or PA ABLE and you always have the right to appeal if something doesn’t look right.

Stay informed. Stay covered. Stay supported.

Mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all and neither is therapy.

Some people go for a few weeks, others for a few months, and many return at different points in life when they need support again. Therapy is flexible, goal-based, and designed to meet you where you are, not keep you there forever.

The idea that therapy is “forever” can stop people from getting help they actually need. In reality, early support often leads to better outcomes and less long-term distress.
Let’s normalize getting help when it’s needed, no timeline required.
