This week, we’ll be saying goodbye to our sweet Lola, who has been with us for ~15 unforgettable years.
Lola wasn’t just our family dog — she was part of our whole life. She worked alongside us in our tax business, greeting clients with her gentle eyes and quiet comfort. She had a way of calming nerves and making even the most stressed-out clients smile — she was our unofficial emotional support staff, and she took that role seriously.
She also had a special gift with kids — the world’s tiniest, most patient babysitter. Whether she was laying nearby while the little ones played or letting them climb all over her, she did it all with love and calm.
But above all, Lola brought joy. Pure, simple joy. Every single day. Whether it was a tail wag, a snuggle, or just being near us while we worked or rested — she had this quiet magic that made everything feel a little lighter.
Her body is tired now, and while it hurts deeply to let her go, we know this is the kindest final act of love we can give her.
Thank you to everyone who ever shared a moment with Lola — she loved being around people and always made our space feel like home.
Please keep her in your thoughts this week. Our hearts are heavy, but so full of gratitude. ❤️🐾

Hey all!
Happy Monday!
We regret to post that we are no longer accepting appointments for the 2021 tax season.
With our limited staff, we are just too impacted and want to focus on quality versus quantity. We strive to provide a great experience and with a final couple of weeks dwindling down, we are hitting some road bumps with the increase in volume.
We value your patronage and look forward to next tax season!
Hello all,
We are completely booked for the 2022 tax season.
Not to worry, we are still able to file extensions (see previous post) or make appointments past 4/18!
03/31/2022
We only have a very few spots left before the tax deadline of 4/18.
See the following information from USA Today's news article:
"What a tax extension is and isn't
First, it's important to realize that a tax extension gives you more time to file your tax return, not more time to pay any balance you owe. Your 2021 tax payment (or at least your best estimate of what it'll be) is still due on the normal April tax deadline.
A tax extension gives you six months from the usual standard deadline of April 15 to file your tax return. So, the extended tax deadline is October 15 – unless a weekend gets in the way, which it does in 2022. To make a long story short, if you file an extension this year, you have until Monday, Oct. 17 to file your 2021 tax return."

Our Extensions filing fee is $40.
Yes, you can get an extension on your taxes – but not more time to pay if you owe Here's how to get an additional six months to file your 2021 tax return. Just bear in mind it doesn't buy you more time to pay if you owe the IRS.
