Caitlyn Hennessey - Wedding and Event Associate

Meet Caitlyn, originally from Manchester, CT, and now residing in Quincy, MA. Caitlyn discovered her passion for the wedding industry while planning her own September 2022 wedding with TMW Productions, LLC. With a background in project management, customer service, and marketing, as well as experience as a wedding bridal stylist, Caitlyn found her calling with the company. Outside of her professional pursuits, she cherishes moments with family and friends, enjoys reading, and loves spending relaxing days at the beach.

Kristy Pistacchio - Wedding Coordinator & Event Lead

Meet Kristy, a lifelong resident of Johnston, RI, who brings over 25 years of professional expertise in business management and leadership to the team. She found her passion for event planning through organizing numerous fundraisers and events for work, friends, and family. Actively engaged in her children's school and sports, Kristy holds board positions as Vice President and Member at Large with the PTO and Football League. In her downtime, she finds joy in attending concerts, watching documentaries, and cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Ashley Harding - Lead Wedding Planner

Meet Ashley, a dedicated member of the TMW family for over two years. As a military spouse hailing from the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, Ashley brings a unique blend of resilience and creativity to her role. With an Associates Degree in Mass Communications under her belt, she is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Business Administration, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and growth. Beyond her professional pursuits, Ashley has a passion for all things decor and DIY crafts, turning every space into a canvas for her imaginative touch.

Two weeks ago, TMW Productions had the opportunity to coordinate our 7th RISD Craft Sale. Over 130 Alumni, Recent Graduates, and students came together to showcase their extraordinary talents on Benefit Street during RISD Weekend.

Angelica Infante-Green, RI Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, and John Choate, Managing Director of SA-720TM, delivered exceptional keynote speeches. . We couldn't be more delighted to reflect on RISD Craft Spring 2023. The semi-annual alumni art sale on Benefit Street showcased the brilliance of over 130 artists, featuring exquisite handmade fine art and design works during the Commencement + Reunion Weekend. Despite a little rain, the enthusiasm of the artists and shoppers remained unwavering, adding an extraordinary touch to the event!

RISD Craft is not just an art sale; it's a celebration of creativity, passion, and the spirit of the RISD community. We're honored to have played a part in once again bringing this inspiring event to life!

Thank you to all the incredible RISD alumni who joined us for an enchanting Reunion Weekend. TMW Productions LLC. was truly honored to coordinate the Alumni Reunion Dinner & All Campus Dance during the 2023 Rhode Island School of Design Alumni Weekend in June.
These stunning events took place at the Providence Innovation District Park, where graduates reconnected with peers and reminisced about their artistic journeys.

We were honored to help plan, celebrate, and pay tribute to the incredible legacy of Hillary Salmons, the visionary founder of Providence After School Alliance (PASA), at the AfterZone After Hours event held at the Providence Public Library.
Joined by Mayor Brett Smiley, PASA Alum Keiley Pozo, and past Director Hillary Salmons herself, it was a night filled with inspiration and gratitude. The event highlighted PASA's significant impact on their alumni and allowed guests to connect over food, drinks, games, and other activities.

Providence After School Alliance - PASA

Another wonderful season in the books at Lavender Waves Farm in South Kingstown, RI. Over the last few weeks, we had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Lavender Waves Farm to execute six enchanting "Cut Your Own Lavender" events!
Together, From June 24th through July 29th, we welcomed over 1375 visitors during these events to cut lavender, explore the 4,000 lavender plants, visit the unique animals, and more.

What a shellebration! Our team had a blast executing the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association - RIMA Summer Social, a lobster bake networking event that took place last Thursday at the stunning Kempenaar's Clambake Club in Middletown, RI. From mouthwatering lobsters to engaging conversations, it was an unforgettable evening filled with joy, laughter, and the aroma of scrumptious seafood!
