Some of our favorite bathroom remodels are the ones where homeowners embrace a little personality and create a space that feels uniquely theirs.

For this project, that meant saying goodbye to two outdated bathrooms and replacing them with spaces that are full of character. On the first floor, a cramped hall bath with dated finishes and purple vinyl wallpaper was completely transformed. Because this family loves taking baths, we skipped the traditional tub-shower combination and made a bold statement with a black clawfoot tub and playful tile details that instantly become the focal point of the room.

Upstairs, the existing bathroom felt stuck in the 1980s. A peach color palette, oversized deck-mounted tub, awkward shower, and no storage despite the ample space left the room feeling dated. By reworking the layout, brightening the shower, and incorporating a stunning copper tub, we were able to create a bathroom that was more suited to the family with a few unforgettable touches.

The best part about remodeling is that your home doesn't have to look like everyone else's. Whether it's a dramatic tub, a bold tile choice, hidden storage, or a finish that makes you smile every time you walk into the room, those personal touches are what makes a space feel most like home.

Remodeling older homes is always a fun challenge. When this homeowner came to us looking to update her space, she wanted to ensure the character that comes was a house built in the 1800s wouldn't be erased. As a result, our goal was to help create a space that worked better for modern life while still honoring what makes it special.

To start, the kitchen simply wasn't keeping up with how she lived. She wanted more storage, additional prep space, and a place where family and friends could gather comfortably. By reworking the layout, we were able to add seating and improve functionality to make everyday routines feel a little more enjoyable. We also created a dedicated espresso bar which was a fun touch. Additionally, laundry storage was a request, so we tucked the laundry space away in a hidden closet, giving the home an updated convenience without disrupting its classic aesthetic.

The two bathrooms received their own thoughtful transformations. Each received updated finishes and custom tile, which brought new life to the spaces while still maintaining that timeless feel that complements the age and character of the home.

One of our favorite aspects of this project is how seamlessly the old and new come together. Nothing feels out of place. Instead, each design decision respects the home's history while making it more functional and beautiful for the people living there today.

At the end of the day, the best remodels don't change the story of a home. They help write its next chapter.

Every morning, our trucks leave the lot headed to build dream spaces across Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut.

What you don't see are all the moving pieces that have already been set in motion before those trucks ever pull out. Things like the schedules that have been coordinated. Or the materials that have been ordered and checked for damage by our team. There's also the conversations happening between designers, project managers, carpenters, and trade partners to keep each project moving forward.

A successful remodel is about so much more than construction. It's about communication, planning, expertise, and having a team that is constantly working behind the scenes so homeowners don't have to carry the weight of managing every detail themselves.

Our goal is simple: make the remodeling process feel as seamless as possible. That means solving problems before they become headaches, keeping projects on track, and making sure our clients always know they have a team looking out for them.

So while these trucks may be heading to different homes, they're all carrying the same mission: helping our clients create spaces they love while making the journey there a little easier.

Wishing these trucks were headed to your home? Schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio or stop by or showroom in Warwick. We'd love to talk through making your dream space a reality!

Wallpaper has a way of completely transforming the emotional tone of a space.

In this display, we wanted to show how pattern and texture can bring warmth, depth, and personality into a room in a way that paint doesn’t. We chose a chinoiserie wallpaper that adds a sense of elegance and artistry to the space, creating a layered, collected feel that feels both timeless.

One of our favorite details is how intentionally everything interacts with one another. The quartzite countertop features subtle greens and blues running throughout the stone, which are echoed beautifully in the wallpaper design. There’s also a soft gold shimmer woven through the paper that picks up on the brass plumbing fixtures and accent details throughout the display.

That’s one of the things thoughtful design does best. It creates connection between materials, finishes, textures, and lighting so the entire space feels cohesive without feeling overly matched. Wallpaper is often seen as a finishing touch, but when used intentionally, it can completely shape the mood and personality of a room.

If you’re thinking about incorporating more texture, color, or custom details into your own home, we’d love to help! Stop by our Warwick showroom or schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio to get started.

Sometimes space isn't everything. We have a lot of clients come to us for help with a room that has plenty of space, but for whatever reason, just isn't functioning well for them.

That's exactly what happened for these homeowners. For this bathroom, there was plenty of square footage, but the layout wasn’t making the most of it. A large whirlpool bath tub was taking up a significant amount of space despite rarely being used and the shower felt surprisingly small and cramped for a room of this size.

By removing the oversized tub, we were able to completely rework the functionality of the space. The shower was expanded significantly, which created a much more open and comfortable experience. We then used that additional space to incorporate open shelving for accessible, everyday storage.

The end result feels more intentional and much better aligned with how the homeowners actually live day to day. Now they have a space that truly works for them.

There are a lot of things homeowners think they need to figure out before starting a remodel: Layouts. Budgets. Materials. Timelines. Permits. Appliances. Lighting. Storage. Where to even begin.

And while those things absolutely matter, the good news is you don’t have to figure them all out on your own. That’s where we come in.

One of the biggest benefits of working with a design-build firm is having a team that guides you through the entire process from start to finish. From our first conversation, our goal is to make sure homeowners feel informed, heard, supported, and taken care of every step of the way.

We help clients navigate all the aspects of a remodel while making sure communication stays clear throughout the process. All of your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed. Decisions feel much less overwhelming because there’s always a team helping guide the next step forward.

Most homeowners don’t come to us with every answer already figured out. They come to us knowing their space no longer works for the way they live and wanting someone they can trust to help them through the process. That partnership is one of the most important parts of what we do.

So if you’re thinking about remodeling your kitchen, bathroom, or even your entire home, here’s step one: call us. We’ll help with the other nine. Schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio or stop by our Warwick showroom to get started.

All-white kitchens had their moment in the sun, but homeowners are starting to crave spaces that feel warmer and a little more personal.

We’re seeing a major shift toward layered spaces filled with color, texture, and character. Warm wood tones are making a strong comeback, bringing depth and softness into kitchens and baths. Statement stone and patterned wallpaper are being used more intentionally to create focal points that feel unique to the homeowner instead of overly uniform.

Mixed metals are also having a moment. Instead of matching every finish perfectly, designers are layering tones like brass, black, nickel, and bronze to create spaces that feel more collected and lived in. Rich cabinet colors, textured materials, bold details, and color drenched rooms are helping homes feel less like showrooms and more like reflections of the people living in them. People want to live in homes with personality.

The best kitchens and bathrooms don’t just look beautiful in photos (although that’s absolutely a plus!). They feel warm, welcoming, functional, and connected to the people who use them every day. They’re designed in a way that feels personal and makes sense for how the people living there actually use the space.

If you’re thinking about updating your own space and want help balancing timeless design with current trends, we’re here to help! Schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio.

So you’ve decided it’s finally time to update your outdated space. Exciting? Yes. Overwhelming? Also yes.

One of the biggest decisions homeowners make early on is whether to hire a designer and contractor separately, or work with a design-build firm that handles everything under one roof. And if you’ve never remodeled before, it can be hard to understand what the actual difference is.

Traditionally, a designer focuses on the vision and layout of the space, while the contractor is responsible for building it. Both play important roles, but when they operate separately, homeowners often end up coordinating communication between multiple teams, timelines, and decisions themselves. It's a lot easier for decisions to slip through the cracks and for timelines to be moved in this scenario.

With a design-build firm, the designer and construction team work together from the very beginning. That means layouts, budgets, selections, timelines, and construction details are all being considered at the same time, by one connected team. It also means decisions can be made more intentionally. Designers can create spaces that are not only beautiful, but realistic for construction and aligned with the project budget from the start. Questions get answered faster, timelines tend to move more efficiently, and potential issues can often be identified before construction even begins.

Having everything under one roof also creates a much more cohesive experience for the homeowner. Instead of juggling multiple companies, contracts, and moving pieces, you have one team guiding the process from concept and selections all the way through construction and final installation.

A remodel involves hundreds of moving parts, and having one connected team helps keep the entire experience clearer, smoother, and far less stressful for you.

If you’re thinking about starting a remodel and want a team that can guide you through the entire process, schedule a complimentary consultation through the link in our bio! We'd love to make your dream space come to life.
