Did you know we have long term rentals too? Here’s a little before and after of the kitchen in one of our long term rentals.

This was a family home of ours for years and is now home to our wonderful tenants. It is just down the street from our cottages and is fit for a family with 5 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, and a fenced in backyard.

Thank you to everyone in the community who came to the Warwick city council meeting last night in support of keeping short term rentals a part of this great place. We love being able to host our amazing guests and hope we can be a part of creating a reasonable regulation that allows us to host many more.

And thank you to all of our guests and fellow hosts who have supported Gregory Hill, our small family business. We look forward to showing the city how much value these cottages bring to the community!

From dark and dingy to chic and cozy ✨

For our Providence project we really wanted the space to be both masculine and feminine, in the master bedroom we did this by using soft light colored foundation pieces with earthy and dark accents.
