The behind-the-scenes tour highlighted the high-quality production process, state-of-the-art equipment, and quality control measures that go in to producing our LVL.

Scott Brown, President of SJS Components, recently toured the facility of our LVL supplier Freres Wood located in Lyons, Oregon. SJS’s Express2Header uses two plies of the LVL with an expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam core creating a structural insulated header that offers superior load carrying capability and full thermal break construction. Thank you Eric Ortiz of Freres Engineered Wood for your time providing a tour the facility.

Another load of the Express2Header is out the door and on its way to Tri-State Forest Products. Tri State Forest Products, Inc. is part of our distribution network and serves Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
