Just ask and you shall receive. This was a pretty major face lift. This client wanted the open for concept. The wall between the kitchen and living room was removed and the ceilings were all raised to 10ft. The kitchen was completelychanged. All upper cabinets were 42inch for additional storage and mass appearance. Some features added were a roll out pantry, trash roll out, spice roll out, microwave drawer, pot filled and stainless steel hood. A wall between the master bedroom and bed 2 was removed to enlarge the master and accommodate a large wall around closet. The old master closet became a beautiful wall in Onyx shower. Three old shower became a private toilet room with pocket door. The vanity was stretched and a tower was added for convenient storage. Lvp was added to a large part of the main floor. There are too many other features to list. Thank you Tomei Peppard and Jeremiah Gandhi for trusting me to turn this house into a home!

I love when I get repeat clients. The Johnsons called me back to remodel their bathroom. We took a full bath and half bath and made it one nice open bathroom. The existing tub was removed and am Onyx shower system was installed. The Client wanted a soaker tub. The wall was taken down that divided the bathrooms to make room for the new tub and faucet. The toilet was moved to its new location. The vanity was created from a dresser that had been in the family for a long time. A slab of Onyx was added to make the top with a surface mount porcelain sink bowl. New can lighting was added along with a lighted mirror to brighten the new bathroom. I will call this another successful renovation with another happy customer!

If you are looking to remodel your bathroom, I'm your guy. The Becks hired me to update their master bathroom and we did just that. The wall that seperated the shower and toilet from the rest of the bathroom was taken out to accommodate a nice, quite large, Onyx shower. The whirlpool was removed to make room for the toilets new home and the new makeup table. The vanity was replaced with a taller and more modern look. A tower was added for additional storage for her. A built in storage cabinet was added for him with outlets for his amenities. I heated for system was installed under the new tile floor. All in all it turned out very nice and there was another happy customer!

I am super late posting pictures. The Smiths hired me to do a major face lift to their new home. The wall between the living room and kitchen was removed to make more of an open concept kitchen. The kitchen was rearranged and an island added. The ceilings and walls were all knock down textured. New interior doors were installed along with new flooring and new paint. Rustic barn wood was added for feature walls in the living room. Other than lighting, flooring and mirrors, the bathrooms remained original. I have attached before and after pictures. I believe this was a successful transformation with a happy home owner.

I built a small deck for a friend. The hog panels were a great idea. I think it turned out great and the clients loved it.
