I've been asked, to remind people to stay off property they don't own, with electric vehicles and bikes (that they ride). I don't know if the people live in LRHOA, but I'm not going to walk around to figure out. Anyway, please be considerate of neighbors. Stay off their property. And, as a Homeowner, just (nicely) ask them to get off your property, if you don't want them in your yard, because of damage or liability. (Deanna)

City requires a permit (we don't). $1 from City Hall, 102 S. Holden.
If you still have a large item left, City Trash guys on 15 April, do large item pickup. (Deanna)

If you don't receive one or receive one in error (You sold your home and Assessor site doesn't show), Text me at 660.238.4548, send msg to this Page, etc. And don't forget, The Box up front, to drop payments or you can give to Pack-N-Mail (In envelope with our address) without a stamp.

I apologize. I haven't yet reconciled the 128 Homeowner's List for our accountant. Mailing of the Annual Assessments are Later than Normal. Still due 1 March, Late After 1 April. Prices haven't changed, still $200 per Improved and $100 per Unimproved lot.

We need HOA Board Members.
We hold a monthly meeting in neighborhood, on 2nd Thursday per month (6-7 or 7-8pm), to discuss neighborhood needs or status. Responsibilities vary, based on Board position. But we need people to be on Board, to keep LRHOA viable. (Deanna)
