With all the construction on 50 HWY, the road to our business has been closed. MO DOT is saying 30 days to add in a turn lane.
The only options to get to our business is Division Road or cutting through Lotspeich’s parking lot. (They have offered this as an option)

B-Quip Equipment Rental is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Yard Associate to join our team at our equipment rental store. This position plays a key role in keeping our equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and inspect rental equipment upon return
• Check equipment in and out accurately
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized yard and shop area
• Perform basic equipment checks (fluids, damage, operation)
Qualifications:
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment 70 lbs + (with assistance when needed)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good customer service skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
Schedule: (great opportunity for a UCM or SFCC student)
•Flexible schedule to work around college classes during Fall/Spring semester
•Summer can transition to full-time hours
•Must be able to work Saturday (8 am to 3 pm)

B-Quip Equipment Rental is seeking a dependable and skilled Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of light-duty construction and rental equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair small engines (gas and diesel)
• Perform routine maintenance on rental equipment including:
• Skid steers
• Mini excavators
• Lawn and landscape equipment
• Generators, pumps, and compactors
• Inspect equipment for safety and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Prepare equipment for rental (cleaning, testing, staging)
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed
• Keep shop clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
• Experience with small engines and light construction equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in a shop/outdoor environment
*Full-Time Position (Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00 pm)
*Must be able to work Saturday's (8:00 to 3:00 pm with a day off during the week)
Pay will be based off experience
