Today two of our Missouri Teach Ag Ambassadors, Katelyn Young from Southeast Missouri State University and Lindsey Ball from University of Central Missouri, are attending the MVATA Summer Conference in Springfield. They will be going to workshops, attending the awards luncheon, and hanging out with the Ag Ed family. We are always happy to have preservice ag teachers in attendance. Welcome Katelyn and Lindsey!

We are very excited to introduce our 23-24 Missouri Teach Ag Ambasador team!

These university Ag Ed students will spend the next year working to promote the career of Ag Education and show appreciation for the important and life changing work of being an ag teacher. At State FFA Convention this week, they will be in our Missouri Teach Ag booth to talk to students and will be conducting and helping with Teach Ag workshops. If you are at Convention, stop by our booth for a snack and write a thank you note to your ag teacher.

STUDENTS: We want YOU to be the face of UCM! We're looking for real UCM students to share their experiences through our social media platforms, represent their major in brochures and fliers, and even appear in our television commercials and billboards. As a UCM Brand Ambassador, you'll have an important role to play in sharing the UCM experience with the world.

Brand Ambassador auditions will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 1-4 p.m. in room 231 in the UCM Elliott Student Union. No experience or appointment is required, just show up, smile, and tell us what you love about UCM!

CTSO Shoutout! TSA, or Technology Student Association, is a CTSO for middle and high school students interested in STEM. TSA allows students to learn leadership skills through competitive events such as construction, computer science, communication technology, and more! TSA truly allows students to be their creative and innovative selves!
