Web Store Associate
Job Summary
Norkan Inc is seeking an associate to aide with web store listings and web store inventory.

Responsibilities
General Duties include, but not limited to: monitoring of marketplace/eBay stock levels, adding new product listings to marketplaces/eBay, updating current product listings, and removal of old/discontinued product listings. Norkan is a multi-location business and will require frequent communication with all locations to monitor stock levels on all marketplaces. There will be weekly physical counts of inventory for our best-selling products to prevent possible overselling. Product returns from marketplaces will need to be checked in daily to assist our marketplace operations team. During high-volume sales periods, helping in the shipping department may be required.

Qualifications
General knowledge of eBay and Amazon. Must be extremely detail-oriented and have strong communications skills. Part of listing products to marketplaces will require the ability to research and acquire individual product data such as weights, dimensions, descriptions, product images, competitive pricing, and understanding the product before listing.

Prior experience with invoicing software will be helpful, but not necessary.

Software:
The following software will be used for various tasks: Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Quickbooks, Shipworks, Zoho Mail, Microsoft Office Suite, Zen Cart, photo editing software.

Compensation:
Hourly wage based on experience and knowledge

Availability:
full-time or part time- flexible hours Monday-Friday
