Comfrey and Arnica Cream
This cream is traditionally used for so many things. Sore muscles, relieve joint pain, reducing bruising and swelling, aid in bones healing and so much more! Apply to needed area and AVOID broken skin.

Arnica: Known for its potent anti-inflammatory properties, arnica is highly effective at reducing swelling, easing muscle soreness, and minimizing bruising after minor injuries, sprains, or overexertion.
Comfrey: Often historically referred to as "knitbone", comfrey contains high levels of allantoin. This compound accelerates cell regeneration and wound healing, making it excellent for easing bruises, strains, and stressed connective tissues.
Calendula: Calendula flowers possess natural anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. It is prized in skincare for calming irritated skin, rashes, eczema, and minor burns while providing gentle hydration.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a small business that has been incredibly kind to me.

Many of you have heard me talk about Back to Genesis before. Not only do they offer herbal tinctures and natural remedies, but they are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet at the farmers markets. They have always been supportive of my little sourdough business, and I have so much respect for their knowledge and willingness to help others.

Most of y’all know I was dealing with a lot. The coughing, shortness of breath, cracked rib pain, and just feeling absolutely miserable. Before I even knew I had a cracked rib, I was explaining everything that was going on and how badly I was hurting.

She immediately recommended a few tinctures she thought might help.

Now, I’ve always believed there’s room for both natural remedies and modern medicine. I follow my doctors’ advice, take the medications I need, and I also appreciate the healing properties that herbs and natural remedies can provide.

Y’all… the Anti-Inflammatory Tincture absolutely amazed me. The relief was noticeable and undeniable. It was like taking 800mg of Motrin. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a difference, but it truly helped me. The Mullein Tincture was also a blessing while dealing with all the coughing and chest discomfort. Having cracked ribs forced me to not breathe correctly 🫣 This tincture helped me and was a relief!

What meant the most to me wasn’t just the products, it was the kindness. She took the time to listen, offer suggestions, and genuinely cared about helping me feel better.
